Herr 103 Rewind Starter Spring for Homelite 63870.  These have been sitting in inventory and the spring is startng to discolor.  There is some light rust on parts of the spring, but they are still fully functional.  Fits Homelite XL 101, 102, 103, 104, 113, 114, 122, 123, VI 123.  Fits Sears 9117-H (3267-J)-917-353770 (3.7 cu in Roper).
