Timeframe for Returns
Customers have 30 days after delivery to contact us for a return. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. Once the items has been returned, a refund will be processed within 1 business day.

No Restocking Fees
Customers will not be charged a restocking fee for products returned.
We do our best not to make errors because we know it delays our customers’ projects so we have quality practices in place, but we are human. If we ship the wrong part, the part has a manufacturer’s defect including missing pieces, wrong part in package, or the part is damaged in shipment, we will cover the shipping costs of the return by sending a prepaid self-addressed postage label via email for returning the part and will work with customers to try to make it as right as we can. Customers will be refunded the entire order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 1 business day after the part has been received. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything wrong with your order.
Sometimes the manufacturer’s part diagram specifies a part number and shows superseded numbers that are supposed to work, but they turn out to be incorrect, we will also cover the cost of the shipping for the return because we know it can be hard to cross-reference parts for old engines. We will send a prepaid self-addressed postage label via email for returning the part in these cases and the customer will be refunded the entire order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 1 business day of receiving the return.
If the customer changes their mind and no longer wants or needs the part, the customer can still return the part. However, the customer covers the shipping costs for the return and the refund will not include the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the return.
Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel your order because we ship within 1 business day. If customers catch us prior to the carrier picking up the shipment, then we can cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If customers contact us and the carrier has already picked up the package, it will need to be managed by the return policy.
